A little bit of history

Blackened Colours was formed in Ylöjärvi, Finland, in early 1999 when Ensio joined the band. Originally the band was a four piece, but when Heikki (the second guitarist) decided to leave the band in late 2000 due to lack of motivation, the band decided to carry on as a trio.

The first ever gig the band played, took place in Ylöjärvi at pub Yy & Kaa 17.07.1999.

The first demo, titled "The first of them demons" was recorded in February 2000.
